When I came back to Spain(or other country you live in) I was promoted to major and has been posted (assigned)(to) in Madrid.
I like playing football and often go running. Also I love spending time with my family.
They might ask you:
Have you ever visited any foreign country as a tourist?
-Yes,I´ve been to France.
-What cities have you visited ?
-I´ve visited Paris,and Avignon.
-When were you there? or When did you go there?
I was there last year. or I went there last year.
Can you tell me about night life of Paris? or the historical monuments you´ve seen?
Well,Paris is exciting city,full of cafes and theatres.I think there´s entertainment for everybody.There´re famous Louvre and Orsey museums,Eifel tower,Champs-des Elysee,Sacre Cour,Moulen-Rouge.
Here you can develop your idea.
If you noticed, the first question comes in Present Perfect and then it comes in Past Simple. We used P.P.because we want to know if at some point in your life you´ve been there.
but in Past Simple we want to know exactly when the action happened in the past.
Most of the times they won´t ask you separately about your education, since most of the military officers going through the Military academies, unless you´ve got civilian degree.
On the other hand while you´re presenting your F.O.R.T.E.,they might stop you and ask you to describe one of your family members.
In the next lesson I´ll give you a broad vocabulary, describing a person.
